Every blade he carries measures something. Every relic he grants preserves something. Nothing in his arsenal was ever meant for conquest.
The Sands, the Harvest, and the Final Hour, the three weapons of the Keeper, the Breath, and the Reaper.

A crescent blade forged of starlight-silver, attached to a handle of petrified dark wood bound in silver wire, representing the Keeper harvesting the ripe moments of existence. On a critical hit, the wielder can force the target to save or lose levels or Hit Dice as the blade severs years directly from their timeline. When it strikes a living or undead target, it heals the wielder for half the damage dealt, siphoning the target's remaining mortal energy.

A five-foot-tall hourglass forged from shimmering platinum and cold silver, filled with glowing, snow-white sand. Noia holds it effortlessly in one hand, its sands falling in cadence with his breathing. Tilting it sideways freezes time globally for up to an hour; inverting it rewinds a league's radius by up to a full day, undoing destruction, deaths, and spellwork. It can also trap any mortal, beast, or divine avatar within its trickling sands, placing them in eternal stasis until unsealed.

A colossal scythe with a long obsidian shaft and a sweeping blade of translucent gray force that flickers like a dying candle flame, the weapon of the Reaper of Time. It deals bonus unholy/death damage on every strike, and targets slain by it cannot be resurrected by mortal magic, their thread of time permanently cut. When swung, it can send out a wave of necrotic time energy that ages everything in its arc by decades in an instant.
Gifted to the Keeper's highest chroniclers, librarians, and priests.

A small, brass-and-silver pocket hourglass suspended on a heavy silver chain, filled with fine luminescent silver sand. Hand-crafted in the Timeless Library and gifted to Noia's high chroniclers, librarians, and priests to protect them while recording history through turbulent eras. Its wearer and any written records they carry are immune to physical damage, fire, water, and magical erasure. Once per day, the wearer can trigger a personal moment of stopped time to escape danger, cast a protective spell, or heal a fallen ally, and can always sense the exact remaining lifespan of any mortal they touch.
